Hi, I’m Deb! 👋
I’m a mum, wife, friend, daughter and the creator behind
Deb’s Design Lab.
I have a degree in Science and spent 13 years working as an Immunochemist before taking a leap and launching Deb’s Design Lab back in 2018. What started as my little creative outlet has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of — and more than eight years later, I still absolutely LOVE what I do.
After spending some time back working part-time in pathology, I’ve recently stepped away to focus more on my family and Deb’s Design Lab — creating personalised gifts, keepsakes and pieces that are made to mean something. 🤍
I’ve been married for 17 years to my amazing and incredibly supportive husband, Mike, and together we have two crazy, beautiful kids — William, 11, and Alley, 9. We live in the northern suburbs of Melbourne with our two very spoilt toy poodles, Bear and Fox. 🐾

Creating beautiful, meaningful pieces for your special moments is my happy place.
Even after all these years, I still get a little rush of excitement when an order comes through. Knowing that something I create might become part of a wedding, a new baby, a new home, a birthday, Christmas or another special milestone is pretty amazing.
