Owner Debbie Harrison has always loved being creative, crafting thoughtful gifts, unique invitations, planning parties and delighting guests with gorgeous platters.

After having her first baby, Deb took her creative skills to another level - making bibs and all sorts of things for her home and her family. When Deb had her second baby, she wondered whether she wanted to go back to full-time work after maternity leave... This train of thought eventually led her to explore another option - starting her own creative business!

So, where does the name come from? Before having kids, Deb had completed a science degree and worked as an Immunochemist for 13 years. She went from working in one type of lab to another lab of sorts, and this is why she called her creative venture Deb's Design Lab.
